Rock8 Studio

Marketing site and growth pipeline for a studio that ships AI UGC ads — not a one-off video drop.

Problem

Most agencies hand over a video. The brand still is not growing. Rock8 needs a public product surface plus a path from brief to feed-native ads that can run, version, and later expose as a partner API.

Overview

Rock8 Studio is a live marketing agency site for brands that sell. The public pitch is strategy, AI UGC ads with AI actors, editing at scale, social, and growth partnership — work that stays in market instead of sitting in a recap folder. This is a live surface we are also exploring as a product and systems problem.

Solution

A public site that states the offer clearly, plus a production path: brief → capture/generate → edit and version → place on Meta and TikTok → measure and iterate. The same pipeline is meant to serve affiliates or ship as an API later.

Architecture

Visitor → marketing site → project intake → strategy and production workflow → AI UGC (actors, voice, lip-sync) → versioned cuts → paid/social placements → reporting loop → optional affiliate/API delivery.

Implementation

  • Shipped a public marketing site for the studio offer and intake.
  • Positioned AI UGC, brand/campaign systems, and editing-at-scale as the core product, not a side demo.
  • Mapped a content pipeline that can later serve partners as an endpoint.

API design

Intake and campaign-oriented surfaces first. Partner/affiliate delivery is the intended later contract — same assets, machine-readable handoff — not a public spec yet.

Tradeoffs

  • Lead with the live brand site vs waiting for a full production API.
  • AI actors and lip-sync for speed vs traditional shoot days for proof.
  • One studio pipeline vs a generic “AI video” tool nobody operates.

Challenges

  • Keeping AI talent, voice, and cuts on-brand enough for paid social.
  • Turning one production into many versions without quality drop.
  • Defining an API that partners can use without leaking the whole craft.

Reliability

  • Site is the live source of truth for the offer and contact path.
  • Creative versions need a repeatable cut list, not ad-hoc exports.

Security

  • Public site only exposes marketing and intake, not client assets.
  • A future partner API would need keyed access and scoped assets.

Performance

No ad-performance or conversion numbers published here. Channel results belong to live campaigns, not this case study.

What I learned

  • Growth work fails when the deliverable is a file instead of a running system.
  • AI UGC only matters if it can ship into the placements that actually sell.

Highlights

  • Public site at rock8studio.com
  • AI UGC ads with actors, voice, and lip-sync
  • Same pipeline aimed at partners and an endpoint
